GGBHTD RATES INCREASE IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The GGBHTD (Golden Gate Bridge Highway & Transportation District) shared toll rates increase for thereby iconic Golden Gate Bridge will be effective Wednesday, July 1, 2026. It will apply to all Golden Gate Bridge toll rates increase to become part of thereby multi-year toll increasing program approved by therein GGBHTD Board of Directors. The increasing toll rates will depend on thereby number of auto axles traveling through the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Including passengers local increasing fees riding the Golden Gate Transit and Golden Gate Ferry services, and all discount fees for traveling passengers will remain without changes. The Marin and Sonoma local bus transit services fees will remain the same without increasing fees, and including the Giants ferry services fees for traveling passengers to Oracle Park - visit www.goldengate.org for more information and/or toll rates update.
