The Caltrans (California Department of Transportation) state agency continues to honor their fallen heroes working on highways and roadway projects statewide. The Caltrans service agency have many offices statewide including San Francisco Bay Area, and hosted their 36th Annual Memorial Ceremony in memory of 195 fallen heroes. The Caltrans 195 fallen heroes will always be remembered forever, and their working legacy will live on and honorably making a difference. The ceremonial event highlighted road safety and awareness for drivers to protect Caltrans working personnel on highways. The Caltrans commitment to instill protective policies will continue, and ensuring all their workers are well protected on highways.
