The identified local partnership is aligned with therein January 2026 Human Trafficking Prevention Month, and SFO Airport local frontline personnel will be required to take Human Trafficking Awareness training. The SFO Airport in West Bay is the first commercial airport nationwide to have airport personnel receive training for human trafficking. The airport adopted a local initiative to install placards in all airport restrooms during January 2021, and encouraging victims to seek help quickly with resources. The frontline personnel at SFO Airport will receive specialized training by Freedom Insight, and better identify potential victims of Human Trafficking for awareness.
