SAMTRANS SERVICE UPDATES WITHIN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The SamTrans (San Mateo County Transit District) service agency in West Bay is operating with new routing schedules for some transit service areas in the Bay Area. The SamTrans new routing schedules will help traveling passengers with service on-time performance, and arriving at their destinations on-time during daily transit services. Including students arriving at their local schools on-time for class, and not being late before the bell rings for their classroom attendance. The SamTrans new scheduling adjustment will impact Route 61 morning services, and helping school students arrive at school on-time and considering traffic patterns. The local transit Route 117 during afternoon and evening hours are adjusted for on-time services, and Route 138 schedule is adjusted for efficiency services performance.
