The ABAG and MTC (Metropolitan Transportation Commission) revised thereby PCA (Priority Conservation Areas) Program, and reflecting therein new PCA Program framework amendments. The ABAG and MTC staffing personnel has been working closely with local governments, and consistent with therein local PCA planning framework. The ABAG Executive Board ratified therein new PCA Program amendments on Thursday, September 18, 2025 with 37 local agencies revision. The identified local PCA Program is pending to release a call for proposals thereafter finalizing the program designating areas.
