SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA - BART POLICE K-9 UNIT AWARDS

The BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) transporting services agency in San Francisco Bay Area was recognized with multiple honorary service awards. The BART Police K-9 Unit successfully won first place at therein EOD (Explosive Ordinance Detection) trials competition at Tracy Policy Department event. The BART Police K-9 Unit joined thereby 1st Annual Tracy Police Department local community event, as well as many other regional policing agencies in the Bay Area. The BART Police K-9 Unit has been serving passengers onboard trains, and/or service stations since 1990 to keep local communities safe. The BART Police K-9 Unit team and their working dog Kygo were able to compete with therein trials challenging activities, and earns thereby first place with EOD overall trial activities.
