SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* Elite Limousine Inc. requires a credit card to secure all reservations. If cash payment is opted for, there will be a 35% deposit required on the credit card.
* Elite Limousine Inc.'s Cancellation Policy states that, cancellations of all Airport Trips requires at least a twenty four hour notice; 7 days cancellation notice required for all hourly Charter Services. Within the 7 days cancellation there is a 35% charge, any cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will be 100% charge. All Prom services require %35 deposit and no cancellation allowed with full payment due on the service day.
* Passengers Must Call 866-964-7433 if he/she has a problem locating the Chauffeur. If the passenger/s leave the pickup location without notifying Elite Limousine Inc. at the toll free number a Full No Show Charge Will Apply.
* Elite Limousine Inc. reserves the rights to assess a minimum fee of $200.00 for any necessary cleaning and/or damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear.
* Elite Limousine Inc. will NOT be responsible for personal property left in the vehicles.
* Elite Limousine Inc. reserves the rights to refuse the services to any one and update or change any contract before sending to their respective clients.
* Any quote given on our price list, we add 10% administration and licensing fee and 20% gratuity for any schedule ride, any schedule pickups or arrival at Airport after 11:00 PM and before 06:00 AM will be subject to late night/early morning charge. - 11:00PM - 11-59PM and 5:00AM - 5:59AM : $10.00 - 12:00AM - 4:59AM : $20.00
* Wait time, extra stops or any additional passenger not stated in reservation will incur increments at the stated transfer rate. - Waiting time rate (first 15 minutes complimentary) at 25% of hourly charter rate for every 15 minute block. - Extra stop charges will be $15 in the same city, $25 for neighboring cities, with 15 minutes complimentary waiting time, thereafter the applicable waiting time charge applies.
* Additional Airport services and charges. - Meet and Greet services at baggage claim for domestic arrivals : $15, - Meet and Greet services at arrival hall for international flights : $20.00. - Waiting time rate at the airport (first 30 minutes complimentary for domestic arrivals, and 45 minutes for international arrivals) at 25% of hourly charter rate for every 15 minute block.
* For any hourly charter service, charges begin at the scheduled pick up time or when the passenger enter the vehicles, whichever is first, all hourly charter must be continuous, any 15 minutes over the hour will considered a full hour.
* Smoking in any of our Vehicles is strictly prohibited, any signs of smoking in the vehicle will result in minimum mandatory $100.00 cleaning fee, any signs of smoking which are detected the chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the trip, at full charge to the passengers.
* A cleaning fee of up to $200.00 may be assessed for trash, unsanitary debris, regurgitation or spills left in the vehicle, charges will apply to correct damages and sanitation standards, any physical damage done by the passenger or group will result in an additional assessment for repair parts and labor, broken or missing glasses will be charged at $20.00 each.
* Passengers not over 21 will not be allowed in Vehicle if any alcoholic beverages are present. We reserve the rights to cancel and charge full amount of services if the driver finds any passenger not of age allowed in vehicle for purpose of drinking alcohol.
* Elite Limousine Inc. does not allow any group nor any passenger to use the vehicle for any activity that is illegal and prohibited under any applicable law, the party who made the reservation or provided credit card information shall be responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by any of its passengers or by 3rd party due to a fight or any other misconduct.
* Elite Limousine Inc. and or all his affiliate have NO liability whatsoever for any samples, displays, property or personal effects left in the vehicle by the Group or the passengers.
* Elite Limousine Inc. and or all his affiliate have NO liability whatsoever for any samples, displays, property or personal effects left in the vehicle by the Group or the passengers.
* Elite Limousine Inc. has the right to use any of its affiliate, contract or subcontract any group of individual reservation.
* Elite Limousine Inc. will honestly and sincerely maintain the schedule submitted by its customers, but such is not guaranteed and liable for delays/service interruptions or damages caused by acts of God, strikes riots, authorities of law, public enemies, hazards or dangers inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents or breakdowns or any other condition beyond its control.
