The SFMTA transit services survey shows 66% of passengers rate thereby service to be good or excellent. Including 65% of commuting passengers rate therein transit services to be with reasonable amount of time, and 51% with better increasing frequency of services. The transit agency improvement services 2022 survey is showing 9% difference from 2021, and helping commuting passengers with better transit services.
