A pedestrian man was hit by a car Sunday night along Silver and San Bruno Avenues at Portola District in San Francisco, and was taken to San Francisco General Hospital for his injuries and expected to survive.

The shuttles pilot project was opened today for high-tech commuters in San Francisco, and differences continue between high-tech companies and San Francisco residents. City activists feel that high-tech companies are ruining their San Francisco and raising the cost of living, with high renting costs for housing and small business are moving out of the city. In fact, activists are looking at the legal system to provide them with assistance, due to environmental impact for people living and working in San Francisco.

After disrupted public muni transportation and delayed negotiations, San Francisco MTA finally approved the contract for muni operators union in a quickly approach. Muni operators union members also approved the tentative negotiated contract as part of the procedural process, with new wage and pension increases for the next three years, and will be retroactively in place effective July 1, 2014. "It was a hard agreement to reach and people started to understand it especially muni senior operators," said Ed Reiskin, SFMTA Director.

People are also depending on public muni transit systems to be accountable and dependable, unfortunately, Tuesday evening railway transit system services was interrupted due to a car crash blocking the roadway in the Oak Parkside neighboring community.

The red-colored transit lanes along Market Street in San Francisco stands out without any problems for drivers and commuters, because the red-colored lanes are for public transit usage only and not for personal cars. This effort is for drivers to stay clear from these lanes because it creates traffic congestion along Market Street, and impacting other streets as well. Spoke with some commuters and they said hopefully this effort will prevent drivers from using these red-painted lanes, and giving us commuters on the trains/trolleys a chance to ride without fearing any safety issues.

The TNC (Transportation Network Company) cars in San Francisco Bay Area has launched a high-tech app for late night and early morning commuters within the bay area, and hopefully filling the gap for Caltrain commuters within those hours. The situational effort is spearheaded by two Stanford University seniors and friends who likes to commute up and down San Francisco Bay Area, during late night/early morning hours either at a party or working late night hours.

The current San Francisco bay bridge was completed and a celebration was in place for a successful bridge development and completion, and even named it by the former Mayor Willie Brown of San Francisco.
