* Elite Limousine’s Cancellation Policy that, Cancellations of all Airport Trips requires at least a twenty four hour notice, and there is a seventy two hour cancellation notice requires for all hourly Charter Services, within the seventy tow hours cancellation there is a 35% charge, any cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will be 100% charge.
* Elite San Francisco Limo and car service. reserves the rights to assess a minimum fee of $200.00 for any necessary and/or cleaning and /or damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear.
* Elite San Francisco will NOT be responsible for personal property left in the vehicles.
* Elite San Francisco reserves the rights to refuse the services to any one and update or change any contract before sending to their respective clients.

service price list Elite San Francisco limo and car service add 10% administration and licensing fee 20% gratuity for any schedule ride, any schedule pick ups or arrival at Airport after 10:00 PM and before 06:00 AM will be subject to late night/early morning charge.
* At any Airport Elite San Francisco limo and car service
provide meeting and greeting services which is subject additional $15.00
*Wait time, extra stops or any additional passenger not stated in reservation will increments at the stated transfer rate.
*At any hourly charter services charges begin at the scheduled pick up time or when the passenger enter the vehicles, which ever is first, all hourly charter must be continuous, any 10 minutes over the hour will consider full hour.
*Smoking in any of Elite San Francisco limo and car service
Vehicles is not allowed, any signs of smoking in the vehicle will result in minimum mandatory $100.00 cleaning fee, any signs of smoking are detected the chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the trip, at full charge to the passengers.
*A cleaning fee of up to $200.00 may be assessed for trash, unsanitary debris, regurgitation or spills left in the vehicle, charges will apply to correct damages and sanitation standards, any physical damage done by the passenger or group will result in an additional assessment for repair parts and labor, broken or missing glasses will be charged at $20.00 each.
*Passengers are not over 21 will not be allowed in Vehicle if any alcoholic beverages are
present, Elite San Francisco limo and car service reserve the rights to cancel and charge full amount of services if driver will find any passenger not of age allowed in vehicle for purpose of drinking alcohol.
*Elite San Francisco does not allow any group nor any passenger to use vehicle for any activity that is illegal prohibit under any applicable law, party who made the reservation or provided credit card information shall be responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by any of its passengers or by 3rd party due to fight or any other misconduct.
*Elite San Francisco and or all his affiliate have NO liability whatsoever for any samples, displays, property or personal effects left in the vehicle by the Group or the passengers.
*Elite San Francisco has the right to use any of its affiliate, contract or subcontract any group of individual reservation.
*Elite San Francisco Limo and car service. honestly and sincerely will maintain the schedule submitted by its customers, but such is not guaranteed and liable for delays/service interruptions or damages caused by acts of God, strikes riots, authorities of law, public enemies, hazards or dangers inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents or breakdowns or any other condition beyond its control.
