SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA JUDGE RULING ON A TRAFFIC SITUATIONAL CASE

A lawsuit was filed by residents of San Carlos regarding traffic lanes development within their neighborhood, and a local judge has thrown the lawsuit case out. The City of San Carlos council members have voted to remove public parking along Holly Street to ease traffic congestion during weekdays from 7 AM to 6 PM. Local residents claim the city violated environmental laws and was requested to amend their lawsuit regarding the environmental violation. Judge Elizabeth Lee has offered enough time for residents to amend their lawsuit complaints, and didn't provide new evidence regarding the Environmental Quality Act. The case was dismissed due to lack thereof new informational evidence pertaining to environmental violation by city council members.

"This win is for the community because it eliminates a drain on city finances and we can put it to good use," said Mark Olbert, Councilmember, City of San Carlos. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
