PARENTS LAWSUIT AGAINST CALTRANS IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The parents of a student resident in San Carlos filed a lawsuit against Caltrans transportation because of highway repair negligence causing their son's car to eject him from the car, and killed him because of major car accident injuries. The accident location has a tree in a median island that the car hit and created an ejection motion causing student critical injuries in January 2014. It appears that Caltrans highway management crews have been talking about making changes at that particular location to avoid future car accidents. The lawsuit also claims Caltrans have failed to be responsible on eliminating hazardous elements creating dangerous roadway conditions for drivers. The parents claim those dangerous highway conditions may have prevented the accident and saving their son and friends life.

"There's always going to be dangerous roadway conditions but it takes the drivers full attention while driving, and that's what I advice my children while driving," said Angela Burke, local commuting mother in Santa Clara. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
