MORE CAMERAS ON BART TRANSPORTATION IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

Since the death of a youth on BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) trains six months ago thereafter a fatal shooting, transit administrators are installing more cameras for passenger's safety. Currently testing various camera units to ensure safety elements are in place accordingly for commuting passengers. All surveillance cameras should be installed in all BART trains sometime next year including various BART locations. Transit officials are reviewing camera units to make sure it records all images relating to negative activities on BART trains. Including any suspected passengers involved in any robbery, shooting, etc. and catching images for surveillance investigation.
