GOOGLE SHUTTLES LAWSUIT DISMISSED IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

Some San Francisco local residents and activists were not supportive of Google Shuttles in the city, and filed a lawsuit regarding environmental issues. San Francisco Superior Court Judge Garrett Wong was presiding over the case decided to throw away the case, because of a "moot" point of the matter as an original pilot program. The plaintiff attorneys Richard Drury and Rebecca Davis feel the lawsuit process was delayed purposely by City Attorney's office for 5 months. That provided enough time for SFMTA (San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency) and Board of Supervisors of approving the shuttle pilot program to become permanent.

"We will make sure of not cutting corners of the program, and taken all steps necessary should the program becomes permanent," said Paul Rose, SFMTA Spokesperson. #EliteLimousine driver's background is lawfully checked and cleared to operate passenger transporting vehicles, and all fleet vehicles are always cleaned with eco-cleaning solutions without toxin, to keep car interiors environmentally safe and healthy for passengers.
