FARE INCREASE FOR TRANSIT STARTING THIS FRIDAY IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

Traveling within San Francisco Bay Area can become problematic during air flights and ground transportation with traffic congestion. Including fare increase for transit buses, Golden Gate Bridge tolls, and ferry services for commuters and working class people effective this Friday. This fare increase approach includes one-way fares for ferry service commuter using Clipper cards at Larkspur and Sausalito ferry stations. Carpool and Fastrak vehicles will also have to pay increasing toll fees while crossing across the bridge. The Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District is increasing fares to help with $33 million deficit.
