FACEBOOK APPROVED FOR EXPANSION IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

The Facebook iconic technology company received authorization to expand its campus including transportation review during the process yesterday. The City of Menlo Park Planning Commission reviewed every elements yesterday regarding the campus expansion including local traffic impact. The EIR (Environmental Impact Report) was part of the approval process as well as removing some trees for the expansion project. Some local city residents shared their concerns about local traffic problems, because it was impacting local communities before Facebook relocated to Menlo Park. The social media company will build local expansion housing and commitment to provide $3 million for Dumbarton Bridge corridor traffic study.
